Customer Responsibilities
Clear paths to affected spaces and secure pets before our arrival.
Warranty
Satisfaction guaranteed on workmanship for thirty days after service.
Liability Limits
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues found during work.
Cancellation
Cancel at least twenty-four hours ahead to avoid a small rescheduling fee.
Insurance
We carry full liability coverage and can assist with claim paperwork.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements will be handled through local mediation first.
Changes to Terms
Updates may occur and will be posted on our website for review.
Governing Law
Kentucky state laws apply to all agreements with A Plus Mold Medics KY.
